We are principally a coffee wholesaler. Aromas utilise a number
of facilities and shop fronts (street front, shopping centres and
airport locations), the Internet, promotional material (using various
forms including paper and electronic mail outs), credit and other
card systems. As a successful and long established coffee wholesaler,
we carry out any or all of these means of business from Queensland
oldest Coffee house and respected by our loyal customers.

will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the
e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid
using the original method received. That all orders are subject
to availability of stock and to take reasonable steps to verify
that the order, and credit details are bona fide.

HOW SECURE IS MY TRANSACTION?
The Aromas Online Store supplies you with a secure session within
our shopping 'checkout'. You will notice a padlock icon on the base
of your browser when you enter through to the 'checkout'. This indicates

on the Aromas Store where you provide personal information use SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL codes information transferred

When you click the 'Place Order' button, we send the credit transaction

Pricing
WHAT IS AROMAS PRICING POLICY?
We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our catalogue and
online store. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different
due to special promotions or markdowns that are only available through
our catalogue. Special product markdowns or promotions that appear
within our online store are only available when ordering online
unless otherwise stated.
FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING NEW ZEALAND)
all prices are in Australian dollars. For further information regarding
overseas orders, please refer to Postage & Delivery.
DO YOU CONVERT MY TOTAL INTO OTHER CURRENCIES?
No. We will bill your credit card in Australian dollars and your
card company will convert the charges for you.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using the Aromas site, you signify your agreement with the Aromas

MINIMUM ORDERS
Aromas has a minimum order of $20.00 including tax. (excluding delivery costs)
ORDERS
Aromas offer the most comprehensive range of delivery options available
to customers to meet delivery times and cost requirements. We offer
a reliable and economical delivery service.
POST SERVICE
Aromas offer standard postal services for all deliveries
unless otherwise stated in the order. Delivery times may vary according
to order size and delivery location.
OVERNIGHT SERVICE
Aromas offers an Express Overnight Service for orders to all capital
cities and major regional centres Ex-stock orders lodged by 10am
for all cities will be processed the same day with anticipated delivery
times between 8.30am and 1.30pm the following day.
NEXT DAY SERVICE
Aromas also offers an economical delivery service to capital cities
with delivery times between 8.30am and 5.00pm, if ex-stock orders
are entered by 10am the previous day. Second day service is available
for some regional areas.
PART SHIPMENT
Aromas will not ship part orders. We will only ship your order when
our warehouse has every item available in stock.
RETURN AND CREDIT OF GOODS
Aromas will afford a reasonable opportunity to its customers to
examine goods for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not they
conform to the purchase order. A period of 14 days from the date
of delivery to alert Aromas to non-conformity is given in the following
situations:
a. Shipment of wrong/damaged products
b. Short shipment of products from a consignment
c. Missing cartons from multiple carton consignments

intact. Opened, damaged or soiled product will not be accepted.
Aromas recommend that product returned by post should be sent by
registered or certified mail. Aromas accepts no responsibility for
loss or damage occurring in transit or return to Aromas. Aromas
reserve the right not to affect any Third Party deliveries.
