CUPPING

Sweet coffee fruit, blackberry nutty notes, cocoa, toffee aftertaste. 

The red honey process, follows a strict quality protocol: they only pick ripe red cherries for these microlots with a special picker crew, the coffee cherries are then transported immediately to the mill and cleaned in fresh water.
